Wenatchee, WA – May 24, 2022 – Building on its ongoing growth in Eastern Washington, Peoples Bank announced it will open a new full-service branch in East Wenatchee in 2023. The new branch, to be located at 337 Valley Mall Parkway, will offer personal and business banking services, real estate and commercial loan centers, as well as safe deposit boxes and a drive-thru teller. The branch will be led by April Emry who was promoted from Wenatchee Retail Branch Manager to Vice President, District Branch Manager of the Wenatchee market.
Peoples Bank began serving customers in Chelan County in 2003 at its first branch in Wenatchee, which later moved to what is now the Wenatchee Financial Center in 2013. The Bank opened an East Wenatchee branch at Safeway in 2004 but made the difficult decision in November 2017 to close the branch and explore opportunities to provide a more comprehensive customer experience in the area.
