Consumer Loan Payment Assistance

Consumer loan assistance is available to our borrowers affected by the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. To learn more about payment relief options for home loans, consumer loans, and marine loans, email special.assets@peoplesbank-wa.com or contact the Customer Contact Center at (800) 584-8859 or https://www.peoplesbank-wa.com/contact-us/. Provide your name and phone number, and a loan officer will follow up with you.

SBA Paycheck Protection Program

A key provision of the recently passed Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act is the allocation of $349 billion to create a new Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) lending program known as the Paycheck Protection Program. This program is aimed at helping distressed businesses cover payroll and other operating expenses during the COVID-19 health crisis. 

As a preferred SBA lender, Peoples Bank is accepting and processing loan applications for the Paycheck Protection Program. To apply, complete the application form. Please note, receipt of application does not guarantee the loan will be processed and approved as funding may be limited. We anticipate extremely high loan demand and will continue to refine our procedures to ensure we are processing applications in the most efficient manner.

Disaster Loan Program Available for Businesses
