Andy has nearly 20 years in the banking industry and has focused on commercial and industrial industries for the last 16. As Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, Andy leads a team of bankers committed to serving the diverse needs of Snohomish County.  Andy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California while on athletic scholarship.  Andy is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, the premier national graduate school of banking. Andy loves meeting and sharing ideas with business owners and executives, learning what their priorities are, putting teams and expertise in motion around them.

Andy, his wife and children moved to Washington from Alaska in 2014.  Andy has served on numerous community boards and committees throughout Washington and Alaska, and currently serves on the YMCA’s Snohomish County Board of Trustees.  When not meeting with busines owners, Andy and his family enjoy harvesting salmon, and raising livestock for friends and family.
