With five years of dedicated service at Peoples Bank, TJ brings a wealth of experience in business account servicing, consumer lending, and team leadership, all underscored by a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
Born in Belleville, Illinois, and raised in Anacortes since 1987, TJ has deep roots in the community he now serves professionally. His journey at Peoples Bank began as a Relationship Manager, quickly advancing to Assistant Branch Manager, and now to Branch Manager—a testament to his leadership, integrity, and customer-first approach.

Outside of the bank, TJ is a well-known community advocate. He currently serves on the Anacortes City Council. He holds board positions with the Anacortes Senior Activity Center Foundation, Anacortes Community Theatre, Aktion Theater—a group he founded for adults with disabilities—and the Association of Washington Cities. He is also an ambassador for the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce.
TJ’s personal life is just as vibrant. He and his wife Torie, who also works at Peoples Bank, are proud parents to two young boys, Luca and Michael, and share their home with their spirited dog, Brutus. A lifelong Prince fan, TJ has attended over 20 live performances and even had the opportunity to meet the legendary artist. When not at work or attending concerts, he enjoys gardening and mowing the lawn on his John Deere mower.
