We offer a wide variety of time deposit accounts including fixed rate accounts with terms from 6-months to five years, variable rate accounts that change with the market, and accounts that allow you to make additional deposits.

Penalty for early withdrawal	Any principal withdrawn before the maturity date is subject to an early withdrawal penalty. If the term is one year or less, the penalty is equal to three month’s interest on the amount withdrawn. Minimum Additions	Minimum additions of $50.00. Additions of $25.00 are permitted when an automatic withdrawal is made from a Peoples checking or savings account.

The APY assumes interest will remain on deposit until maturity. At maturity, the 13-month certificate will renew into a 12-month fixed rate term at the current rate and the 7-month certificate will renew to a 6-month fixed rate term at the current rate. An active Peoples Bank Checking Account is required. Offer is available for personal and business accounts at all Peoples Bank Branches and cannot be combined with any other offer. Not available for accounts opened online. A withdrawal will reduce earnings and a penalty may be charged for early withdrawal.
