Aileen Miles is currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at our Ballard branch in King County. Aileen also serves customers looking for their dream home in Snohomish County. She has worked in the mortgage industry for 16 years and specializes in new construction loans.

Aileen appreciates the local-bank environment that Peoples Bank is known for. She enjoys being able to talk to her processors and underwriters directly to help quickly find solutions for her customers. Aileen takes pride in knowing that she is helping her customers achieve their dreams, whether it’s buying their first home or an additional home to add to their financial portfolio. Aileen knows that a customer's mortgage journey is one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives. She is very grateful to be the one to help her clients through that process. Aileen is also passionate about educating future buyers on the steps to becoming a homeowner. She, along with her business partner, Steve Snodgrass, strive to provide their customers with direct and consistent communication and make sure there are no questions left unanswered.

Aileen was born in Manila, Philippines and raised in Seattle. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren boating, competing in game nights, and enjoying good food.
