Wenatchee, WA – February 26, 2019 – Peoples Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Celia Kuhl to Real Estate Loan Center Manager at the Wenatchee Financial Center. Celia has worked for Peoples Bank since 2008, holding such positions as Real Estate Loan Officer, Loan Processor and Senior Loan Underwriter. She is an expert in all matters related to the underwriting portfolio, construction, conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans.

Celia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington University with a minor in business administration. She holds prestigious certifications as a Direct Endorsement Underwriter with HUD/FHA and as a Veteran Affairs Staff Appraisal Reviewer with the Department of Veteran Affairs, which is the highest degree of underwriting for any underwriter. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and has served on the North Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as a board member and as the Scholarship Committee Chair. She enjoys doing community outreach and networking with various local organizations to create opportunities for low to moderate income community members and families.
